My name is King, and I've been making music with Ableton for 6 over years. I love the creativity and expression Ableton allows for.
Professionally I'm also a Financial Planner. My profession requires me to take complex matters and break them down into understandable steps. I take the same approach to my Ableton lessons.
6-Week Course
Once a week for six weeks we will have 1 on 1 lessons covering the basics of music making, sound design, tool selection, mixing, compression, EQ, and other topics within Ableton. Lessons are a mix of in-person and zoom classes. In between classes you will have opportunities to share your work and complete assigned musical projects. Each plan is customized and always begins with a consultative process to understand your goals and the sound you are trying to make.
Pricing
I charge $500 for the course. A standard music school is likely to cost thousands of dollars, and larger class sizes means it will be more difficult for that instructor to match the level of personalization I can offer you.
